as part of milan design week 2012, 'belgium is design' will present an exhibition entitled 'perspectives' at the triennale di milano.
the show is set to survey the current state of belgian design and is the result of collaboration with the country's major design
organizations and promoters. 'perspectives' reflects on design both on a local and global scale and will be composed of
five different themes / scenarios: industrial design, self-produced design (the designer / craftsman), design art (one-off series),
social design and design as an 'open work' (open source, rapid prototyping).
