Is there anything more satisfying then a good idea well made? I think not, and neither, apparently, does Johanna Dehio. Hockerbank, or “stool-bench” uses an ad hocmentality of seating to suit ones needs, creating simple, singular units that support a plank with round cut-outs. This notion of an unassumingly aesthetic kit of parts echoes throughout Johanna’s portfolio with products that can function independently but ask for the users’ interpretation.
