Constructed on a ridge overlooking Cooper Park in Sydney, Australia, the home “involved the complete removal of all other structure and the excavation of a new complete floor level under the existing street entry level including a pool.” The terrain on which the residence rests covers 2880 square feet, enough space to include features like the swimming pool in the backyard and the many entertaining spaces inside. Stanic Harding Architecture designed the residence as a place that is both modern and traditional.
