goodbye edison at maison et objet

goodbye edison - as its name indicates, the french company of the same pseudonym examines the disappearance 
of the classic edison bulb and investigates the capacity for LED sources to spread a softer indirect light.

the first collection is designed by fx ballĂ©ry, a graduate of the royal college of art in london.
the lamps, which turn away from stereotypes and archetypes of traditional lighting, were on show
at maison et objet in january 2011.
