'Made of New York' Furniture

As the name implies, the 'Made of New York' furniture line is built from lumber discarded from 19th-century Manhattan buildings using as few machines as possible.  The simple, modern furniture pieces were designed by former creative director of Ikea Sweden, John-Michael Ekeblad, furniture designer, Jonathan Locke, and timber sourcing expert, Brian Kane.  The furniture line is still finding a brick and mortar retailer but you can buy the pieces online from New York City Snaps.
