nic stubbenhagen, a product design student from germany, has sent us images of 'oktoberfest ozapft is!', a solid oak wood bar stool made with cut out ornamental details. despite the baroque-esque appearances, the product required high-tech machinery to construct. the one-year long project aims to be a high tech object that is contrary to the 'science-fiction' aesthetics we have come to associate them with.
