The milk series were a response to an investigation into value, looking at what makes something valuable, with a view to create furniture which embodies longevity. I created 3 pieces of contemporary furniture with imbued value. They have been made using Ash and each piece has been etched with a pattern detail on the underside, which pays homage to its humble roots as well as adding a touch of humour. The construction of the legs make reference to traditional craft techniques with a contemporary twist.
