Suddently on friday, I became one of those freaks that I always feared.... standing in line for a new iphone. Only if I knew that I could walk to the apple store on Lincoln Rd at 9PM that same night and get one without waiting! Talk about supply! Anyway, my phone was the first to be sold in SOFLA by ATT and it was activated and running at 6:12 that very same day. The iphone is all that the hype was about. Amazing gadget, beautiful interface. Even Edge doesn't suck at all. Well done apple.
Today apple's count in the household: Power PC G4 MDD with Apple cinema display, Mac Mini intel with 23 Cinema Display, Apple TV (thanks AT), ipod nano, ipod video, iphone. Laptop for the wife is next.
