Here we are! the faces behind the signature: "joel+maria pirela"... Born around '69 and '72 (joel is the older!) we both have a passion for good design but at the same time we have very different approaches to design applications. Maria being the soul and spirit, great plastic artist, clay, markers, paint and photography as her forte and Joel more of a creator and inventor of everyday stuff, from law enforcement tools to home furnishings. We are both trying to find a better way to create things and entertaint you while we do that.

We have so many new friends since we started this blog not so long ago and we want to keep doing that. For all the supporters, we say Thank you! it's been a blast!
