Normann Funnel

No kitchen utensil is as essential as the funnel, which is primarily used for straining stocks, putting jelly into glasses or passing liquid through a small opening. But the challenge has always been finding a place to store the darn thing: it’s too big for our drawers and takes up too much space on a shelf. Well, our Danish friends at Normann have designed a practical funnel that’s as ingenious as it is handsome. It folds! Made out of soft plastic that’s flexible enough for everyday use, this funnel is a must-have for the gourmet kitchen. It extends to different lengths depending on your needs (when folded, it measures at 0.5" high and 5" wide, but when  extended it is 6" high and holds 2 full  cups).
