This open house has been developed by the homeowners specifically for prospective homeowners, their contractors, and modern architecture/prefab enthusiasts.
In addition to getting a real-live aesthetic feel for the architecture and living space, a guided audio tour and handouts will provide visitors with a point-by-point review of the features and characteristics of the design.
This tour and information is hosted by the homeowners independent of any prefab kit manufacturers or architects. Enthusiastic about the smart design and the promise of modernist prefab, the family has graciously opened their rural Napa retreat to share information and educate prospective owners and fans of the modernist prefab movement.
