Teak Bath Mat

Northern European bathrooms, saunas, and spas often feature slatted wooden bath mats in place of the usual cloth versions that tend to soak up water and stay wet. The mat is constructed of solid teak, an oil-rich hardwood which naturally resists the ill-effects of water on wood. The slats allow water to evaporate efficiently, while the stainless steel supports resist rust and corrosion. The well-detailed design incoporates rubber glides in the underside to protect floors from scratches and scuffs.
