Emeco: industrial becomes household item.

It doesn't mattter where you look this days.... from a country style dining room to Martha's new grey kitchen. Chances are you will see them. The Emeco Navy 1006 chair.
Made entirely of aluminum with 77 steps, (there's a movie that Eames Demetrios did about that... really nice) the chair that was born as a collaboration between the Electric Machine and Equipment Co., Alcoa and the US NAVY (and some, including me think the Charles Eames has something to do with it) for a seawirthy seating appliance to be used by the military and 60 years later, by Law and Order staff, iRobot, House and every TV show that has an interrogation room or jail scene.
These chairs are bomb proof and the later collaborations with Stark, really put them in the map. Ther are guaranteed for 100 years!
