presenting the sentinel
I did this on a plywood board. It's actually a digital print cut-out, glued to the surface. I really like the contrast between the light wood and the grey colors. It will be done in a ultra limited run (due to the amount of work) and priced at $100 each including shipping in the US or $120 including shipping international.

Tolomeo addiction
I think I can't get enough of these Tolomeo lamps. They are so versatile, can be moved to any direction, the light that comes from the shade is great and also you have the indirect light that comes from the small opening on the back. Fit and finish is something you will expect after paying $300 and made in Italy. Super modular and several options for surface and mounting applications.
I decided to go for the aluminum finish in order to keep them as original as possible and in some cases, to match my mac setup of glass/aluminum.

My friend Mark over at obsessilicious has put together some amazing wallpapers for your iphone and ipod touch. In fact, it was his idea to offer this online, I have mine for a while but never got to post them, so, thank you Mark!

wall treatment
While at my local argentinian bakery, I notice a nifty way to decorate a wall/wall section. Using wood panels from wine boxes.
I don't think I would do a whole wall since it will look that you just enter into a tapas/bar place, it will be an accent way of draw attention to that focal point.

New Aluminum MacBook and 24" LED Cinema Display
I went to the apple store this black friday to see if they had any deals on the new aluminum Macbook and they did. On top of that, the matched Best Buy pricing, which was $150 less. Of course, the set up couldn't be complete without the new LED Cinema Display. At 24" of bright even images... I don't think I can complaint anymore.
Took the time to re-surface the desk area with my standard painted glass with aluminum trim.
It will look awesome once Ylighting delivers my wall mounted Tolomeo lamp. Will update pics then...
